I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. I especially loved relaxing in the spa area. The pool, salt cave, and steam room were amazing!
I noticed the soundproofing in my room wasn't great. It was a little noisy at times because of a nearby bar. The music went on quite late.

The rooms are spacious. The staff were attentive.
The gym did not open until 8 am. I hoped for an earlier workout, but it was locked. The rooftop bar also disappointed as it ran out of draft lager. Only one tin of IPA lager was available. I expected better for a higher priced stay.

The hotel location is very central. Spa facilities are nice. The room I booked was big. I found the breakfast to have reasonable options and a good price.
My room felt quite standard, I did not think it seemed like a 5 star hotel. The hot and cold water were not stable in the bathroom. This bothered me. I was disappointed with the dinner I had at the hotel's restaurant. The salads were tasteless.
